Nia - Ai Friend and Companion is developed and published by Citiview Studios. This policy describes how the app handles information. The short version: the app does not collect, store, or share any personal data, and everything it does happens on your headset.
Microphone and voice
The app uses your headset's microphone so you can speak to Nia. Your voice is processed entirely on the device, in the moment, only while you hold the talk button. Audio is never recorded, never saved, and never transmitted off your headset. Conversations are not stored after the app closes.
Data collection
The app does not collect any personal information, usage analytics, telemetry, or diagnostic data. It contains no ads, no in-app purchases, no user accounts, and no social features.
Internet access
The app runs entirely offline. It makes no network connections and transmits no data off your device.
Data stored on your device
Any settings the app keeps are stored locally on your headset and never leave it. Uninstalling the app removes them.
Third parties
No data is shared with third parties. Purchases and installation of the app are handled by the Meta Horizon Store under Meta's Privacy Policy.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
